Starting up a new server. [Need 2 owners]

Right, before i get into this, It will be very long because I want to make sure whoever views this knows exactly what is going on. It will go detail by detail on what I have planned by what date and what I need and want.

So 1st I am going to tell you about what I want to do. Starting from today I want to hire;
1-2 Owners (Only 1 needs to be able to add funds)
4-5 Developers (Paid in the future)
2-3 Managers (Paid in the future aswell) [Platform, Community, Staff]
Hiring in the future;
3-4 Administrators (Paid by commitment)
5-6 Moderators
7-8 Helpers

They are the ranks I will be recruiting. Only the first 3, The developers will be paid by project and work they put in. Managers will be paid monthly.
Currently I have no idea what I want the server to be or what I want to do, I just want to get funding and a team behind me ready to work.

17th Of July I will buy a VPS or server to start development on. Then when development is over Ill be spending $78 on a dedicated. So everything will be developed on its own server as of the 17th. Managers will start getting paid as we see a increase in players in the discord etc, basically when i see them putting the work in.

The owners I only would need 1 to put in extra fund of atleast $65 a month, but if the 1 owner is unable to do that price, then the 2nd owner would have to chip in to make that $65, That $65 will go into a shared account between all the owners or the 2 that are paying. That money will then go towards the developers and the servers etc. So pretty muc thats about it. It just a brand new server that I want to build up a community before we start going to into it. So im hoping to have a discord of 200+ members before 31st of July. Which by then alot of development should have been done, and we will be releasing a trailer. Im trying not to put exact dates on much because I can never promise that things wont change, it all depends on how this recruitment stage goes.

Currently all that needs doing is a discord being setup, and advertisement. Hopefully I get a community manager and an owner to start off with and from there it should get easy. All i ask if that the Owners are 16+ and the managers are 15+.​

I'm sorry, your spelling and grammar is atrocious, I don't understand a thing you just said.[DOUBLEPOST=1593708603][/DOUBLEPOST]This server is gonna be a factions server, But unlike no other. Each map we will only allow registered factions to play and join, it will be whitelisted etc. The way this works is each faction will get a core (Beacon or sponge idk yet), They would build a base and place that core in there. That core will then claim 4 chunks by 4 chunks around that core, then everyday there will be multiple events and ways to ear faction points, Faction points are what you can use to upgrade you core, you do this by going to your core and it will open a menu, you will be able to upgrade;
Claim size (+1 chunk each upgrade)
Faction size (+2 members each upgrade)
And many more yet to be decided.
Raiding will be as usual, you can use cannons etc. When raiding a base you can either, go for the core and destroy it with a pick axe (Takes 8 seconds to mine) or kill every faction member, when a player dies they have to wait 2 mins before they can respawn, When you take down a factions core everyone in that factions that dies after that cannot join back, they will be blocked from joining till the next map, When you break the core what ever upgrades that faction had will then convert into faction points and will be added to the faction that destroyed the core.
Pretty cool to be honest and im looking forward to putting this together.

There are a lot of factions servers already created/in development. Unless you have a high-budget I don't think you'll make it. However, good luck!

This isnt normal factions though, and yes I have over $5000 going into this.
