Static banner with animated text

Hi everyone

I have a complete banner that I quickly made in Photoshop. I'm looking for someone who has the tools to add some text on to the banner. The text won't move from where it's placed, but i'd like some slight animations to the size and maybe an animated overlay.

I'll happily pay $5-10 for this easy job!
