Stats Profile Page

I found a developer to do this, however, he hasn't replied in ages, and has also been online. So, I have been making a plugin for my server, and it uses mongodb, so what I am looking for is a fairly simple page where you search a user, click on their name, it takes you to their profile, and shows certain things which i will explain further. Discord: felldownstairs#0072. Not putting budget yet, wanna see where I can go. Thanks.
