Depends on how advanced you want your leaderboard to show.
Simple:
Something being like (an example)
Rank | Username | Kills
I would say something like this is at least a $40-$50 job depending on the user.
Advanced:
Including Layout of Simple but has like ajax loading, auto refresh, sorting feature, etc.
This would cost you around $75+
These aren't hard to do, at least the simple version isn't, so they shouldn't cost too much.
