my current posts for freelancers, I have decided before we start to thoroughly recruit we need to build the staff team first and to know my expectations.
Managerial positions - not paid (Will be after 01/02/19)
Sales rep - 5-7.5% of each commision
Pay for both positions is fair and will increase if you show us that you have a robust capability. The pay will be discussed if we choose to accept you.
