Today marks the day where I finally decide that I will no longer be appraising, pressure from school, and serious personal money issues have driven me away from MCM and I cant be bothered to appraise anymore. This will also mark lower activity from MCM from now on. Yes, this could just be a post on my profile but since Im widely known to appraise people will see this message more in the form of a thread.
When I first started appraising accounts I was about a month into the community, my estimated were god awful, my experience in the community wasnt good and I just wasnt ready. Infact I wouldnt even consider myself a person who knew his prices up until Mid 2018. But now, appraising feels like more of a lazy chore now, and no longer a fun little hobby. I felt happy knowing that people rely and trust me for knowing the value of their items and accounts. By appraising I felt like I was establishing myself as a dedicated member of this community. But now Im just getting annoyed of it and its not something Im willing to contribute my time into anymore.
So for now, I will VERY RARELY appraise, I advise everyone stops tagging me for any kind of appraisal, and anyone who tags me should be referred to this thread. 99% ignore rate if Im tagged.
There are many other appraisers out there, some are still kinda bad and are adjusting to the market, some are old legends and are very reliable. People like kag, Hum, asa, apathetic, blob, katana2 , Lonely, and many others are just examples of other people you can tag instead of me from now on.
