Sticky Resource, like a sticky thread, I would really like it if we could buy sticky Resources.

This actually isn't a bad idea. Though, I'd wonder how much benefit you'd actually get from getting a sticky resource.

I get around 2-6 purchases on the days I update my resources, and less than 1-2 on other days, so it makes a huge difference, imo.
