Sticky threads failing to alert/email users about expiring advertisements.

Thread stickies have been failing to notify users about expiring advertisements despite having the option to be notified ticked. This happened in 2016 and its happening now again in 2018 its just sad. Fix this issue please as its not minor but a major underlining issue.

Hi there,

Out of the 5000+ invoices generated for users, this issue has only been reported a handful of times, meaning that it is very difficult to reproduce (if it is an issue on our end in the first place).

If you can work out what the exact issue is then we can look into a fix, but otherwise, it simply seems like you've missed an invoice alert.

I'll move this to the bug reports archive.
