Still No Access to Purchased Resource

Hi there,

I’m following up on a support ticket I submitted a while ago regarding a missing download for a resource I purchased. Although I did receive an initial response acknowledging the issue and mentioning it would be looked into, I haven’t heard anything further and the problem still isn’t resolved.

I understand support can get busy, but it’s been a bit slow and I’d really appreciate an update or some help getting this sorted. Happy to provide any additional info if needed.

You'd have to wait for an response in your ticket, or alternatively, if you have a way to proof you purchased it, with a Tebex transaction ID for example, I'm sure the author of the product you purchased is willing to help you out as well.

I’ve already provided proof of purchase in my ticket, including the Tebex transaction ID. After some back-and-forth, it was confirmed that the issue is a bug on the platform’s side — not something the resource author can resolve.

That was a couple of days ago, and I haven’t received any further updates since the ticket was escalated. I completely understand that things can get busy, but I’d really appreciate it if someone could check in on the status or help move things forward. Still unable to access the resource.

Contact the author and ask him to grant you the license manually since if the tebex transaction was completed he should have already received the payment.
