my friends account has been stolen, looks like nobody has logged onto his email, and there is nothing saying the account with pulled with tid/oge, disputed we are almost positive the person didn't log into the email as we have the logs of who had access, the skin randomly channged on the accounnt and that is how we realised it could have been stolen, we have tried to request a password reset, but no emails are coming back to us, anyone have clue how this could have happened?

TID exploiting is a way of getting an account's info... Mojang and Microsoft are stupid so they allow anyone to get into the account if they have the TID
it was a 2011 cape account, there was no TID
o. then it must have been a dumped account somewhere..... maybe the og owners leaked the info somehow not sure
Minecraft is making a mainstream comeback, don't be surprised if a bunch of old minecraft fans return to the game, only to have their email and passwords not work. And since they are OG owners, they can supply the info needed to get their account back.
