Stop accepting other related scamming incidents in scam reports

Hey there, to sum it up quick and simple.

Lots of scam reports have replies like

“This user just tried to scam me on discord scam report opening”

“Can vouch this user is a scammer"

The list goes on. I feel that they are not helpful and just clutter the SR.

If there's a situation that our scam resolvers feel like a scam report should be used to handle it, they will approve the scam report and begin the usual process with it. In most cases a scam report won't be approved and instead the user will be encouraged to create a usual report or ticket instead.
