I made two support requests about deleted scam reports where users are selling my and Vauhwi builds.

Both scam reports were deleted and I was told to open a support requests these support requests has been open for a month and randomly closed with no notification no reply. We need to start getting notifications if you're just going to close a request with no intention to help or solve the problem.

In closing Just give us a heads up you're closing a Support requests without any help.

Lets just get back on-topic before someone gets in trouble.

I agree though. We need more support-oriented staff, or staff overall. I believe it can lessen the time to respond to a report and help the community even more. We have the current staff doing as much as they can, but of course, they're human, so they can't do everything on their own.

As Justis has said, it is staff policy to not close requests without confirming with users first that they definitely have had their issue resolved. This has gotten better since the time the thread was posted and is no longer an issue.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
