Stop Creepers from Targeting Players Plugin

[Cranked]

Looking for a plugin that stops creepers from targeting players. This should include creepers from mob spawners and creeper eggs.
Looking for creepers to only light up when right clicked by flint and steel.

Optimization (lag free) is the #1 priority.

I believe this would have to be done via the Spigot Jar unless you use a really hacky way of doing it which will contradict why you're wanting this.

No this can be done by just simply stopping the creeper's target event.

Also I will do this for free don't buy it, not worth the $5 - $10 someone is going to bullshit you out of.
