Stop Scam (IMO)

Yo,
So I was thinking of this last night,
What if we start using a custom made currency, that's controlled by MCM?
So like, MCM credits or MCM money.
For example, there is a balance in you MCM account.
Then you can add balance to your MCM account, by adding
Money from PayPal. Then you can send your MCM currency to others and they can then withdraw it after 1-2 weeks.
This way, if someone scams someone else, you can do a scam report, and you will 100% get your money back, if you are right.

Also, another cool thing would be to go to "Earn free credit" and there you watch ads and get a few credits. It would want people to get free money, while also helping MCM.

Lastly this is just an Idea, please don't hate
I just thought of this, and I know this isn't the perfect plan.​

1-2 weeks is way too much. If you were sending 1-10 dollars, its not worth waiting so long. Maybe it could be implemented, but be optional.

I believe it'd be an amazing idea but the fact that you can't withdraw and use the money directly is a huge con in my eyes.

This would only cause a lot more issues for McM compared to the few it may solve. No matter what is done there will always be scamming and not everyone will use/want to use this credit system for one reason or another. As stated above, since you obtain these credits by basically buying them for actual currency, what's to stop the person legitimately buying say a Server then charging back on McM? The seller would still have the credits and if the chargeback goes through successfully, McM will lose a lot. Overall its just another flawed system that won't work out in the long or short run as the downsides can't be fixed or would not be worthwhile to fix.

That way if someone starts a scam report, they can't withdraw untill the case has been decided.

That wouldn't be an option. PayPal wouldn't allow something like that to be done for anyone as that business/person could then scam if they wished to without the buyer been able to chargeback/claim the money back from the scam. Most chargebacks can be stopped but they are not a 100% gurantee of McM winning so there isn't exactly a resolution to a problem that has the potential to get rid of McM for the sake of a new currency that may not help much.

Horrible idea. You can scam somebody and withdraw your credits to paypal before they can even open a scam report. Not to mention chargebacks as well.

Well, if you read the comments, then maybe some way we could let PayPal know about this, and they could Somehow not allow chargeback on MCM...maybe

What about the fact that you could withdraw your credits to paypal money before someone can report you for scamming?

Thats why you have to wait before you can withdraw, atleast a day or two.

Scam reports can take longer than 2 days to resolve.

I said for a scam report to be submitted and approved.
If a scam report is approved, then both parties cant withdraw until the Report has been finished
