I kinda agree, but then I disagree.

If MCM didn't support loan scamming, you can get so much money
Loan money from someone --> Don't get banned --> Loan money again --> Don't get banned
You don't pay any of it back. It would bring too many scammers.

Dont --> Give --> people --> who are mostly kids --> money --> that they cant always pay back
