Stop the spamming of reputation suggestions

It's come to the point where there's so many threads all complaining about the rep system, and I'm 100% sure that people are just copying points off other threads and stuff. Sure, the rep system may be bad, but do we really need 20 different threads explaining it? Just make your point on another reputation thread, or better yet, make a pinned thread similar to Ivain's changes to theme thread. It's gotten out of hand and I can link at least 7 different threads that have to do with reputation changes.

Why did you make a suggestion on something that seems to already be in place?

If you feel like it breaks that rule, just report it.

that seems to already be in place? people are making a loop hole out of this rule, because they slightly modify the reputation post to where it sounds different, but covers the same principle. Also it seems like this isn't being enforced because none of the repeat threads are getting deleted or denied.

But this correlates to the rule that says to not spam reports, is pointless and the message was said with one thread, we don't need 10

wouldent it just be better in general as a hot fix for it to make it so you have to attach a screen shot of proof as to why you gave the rep? then the only false negitive reps given would have to have some decent photoshop to make it believable, and would also have a bit more going againt the person giving false rep because people would be more likely to keep screenshots of everything.

I'm not talking about the issue itself I'm talking about the spamming about the issue that needs to be stopped
