Stop Using Skype For Business!

Hello,

So obviously we all noticed there are more people impersonating others on skype for business now. I personally hate skype for the quality and because it ruins business and gets you in trouble of scam reports it also catches your IP from Hackers on skype if they DDoS or not.

To stop this from happening Discord is a much secure way to talk about business and chat about it. You dont only get a username but you get a 4 Digit Number that nobody else can get. This also makes it harder for people to impersonate you! There are also Servers you can make to chat as a group. Of course these servers are free. And Discord has a much better chat/voice quality then skype. You can also change the location of the server/call. The calls are also 24/7 This is like TeamSpeak and skype combines and its super easy to use.

I been using discord for gaming for about 2 weeks now. Love it. I have a server for all my friends and i bring my Guests into my office for business. Its just perfect and keeps impersonators away very much recommend everyone to do so, So you can become safer with your cash. Good luck!

I disagree, Skype is starting to die more and more for the gaming industry. Soon for business now.

Despite all the cons of Skype, this will never happen. You can't get rid of people doing business on it. It's practically always been that way and will probably stay that was for a while. Especially in the professional world. Say this to your boss that has Skype meetings every morning and see how he responds.

I can personally say this too. I have an impersonator, Skype has deleted my contacts on me, and many other issues I've had with it. But, people have used it for business and it's probably going to stay that way for a while.

You just have to get used to it and move on. That's how it is. Make sure you know who you deal with and that you're careful with your money.

I also saw how you basically advertised Discord. Which I love Discord. I'm using it and Skype together. But, you can't get rid of business on Skype.

I do agree, But im very protective of my cash. And i also wanna make sure nobody gets into a issue with my impersonator. But thats just me

Well Skype is good it's just that people should check their profile first to make sure they are the real person.

Sorry but how does a number after your username prevent impersonation? Most impersonators on here are name.mcm and that's not even close to our real Skypes. I think having a completely unique name makes you less vulnerable haha

Trying to switch, but I have all my contacts on skype, so even if I went discord now I'd have to keep using skype for nearly a year to be able to stop using it.

All I'm hearing is " I don't wanna lose my Skype contacts" let's be honest. You probably don't talk to that person everyday, week, month. You just have them cause you done business with them previously or games, or just wanted to chat. I have roughly 500-550 contacts. It was outrages. Cause more then half I never speak too. The only time they speak to me is when they are making a Mass Broadcast message to all there contacts. And it's very annoying now cause it's 1 of those almost every week.

Well, Skype has a database file that holds on contacts and messages, so if Discord could somehow figure out how to impliment that into their code.

Which would be illegal and would shut Discord down for good
