Storage Builder

Looking to get a storage built for a skyblock server I play. Can't be too big, but it needs to be decent size. I was looking at something like this: https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/29x29-1000-chest-base/

However download link isn't available. I prefer dark-er colors like Netherbrick/Stonebrick etc. I don't really care for quartz.

Lmk how much you'd charge to do this, and how long it'd take.
