Storage VPS (High Network Speeds)

I'm looking for a high storage VPS with high speeds.

I'm going to be using this VPS with Ubuntu 18.04 and have Plex Media Server & Deluge (Web UI) connected with it. Ultimately, it's a streaming VPS for myself.

I don't care about the specs I just need high storage at a cheap price.
