About
Stormheart is a heavily modified Minecraft RPG server, this server features skills, bosses, dungeons, questing, and advanced crafting. We have a small team working on this project but most of us are developers and need to focus more on the resources rather than builds. We are online at all hours as half our team is in the US and other in EU.
Project Specifics
Our builds have a specific style and need to be fully decorated and have useable functions. Depending on what the project is, and goal for the build the functions will be different. We are looking for a Bioshock 1920's-ish style with an immersive environment and areas that are aesthetically pleasing.

Dungeons:
Linear platforming progression that include puzzles and interaction.
Adventure map type style room triggers leading to an end boss fight.
Hidden rooms for unique 'rare spawns' and side diversions.
Have a plot or room for our team to develop quests for the area, a call to action.
From 100x100 - 300x100 depending on the style.
Steampunk and medieval styles, each zone has a specific pallet that will be described to the builder.
Anything can become a dungeon aslong as it is creative and our team can piece it together if you even want to do an air-ship raid with teleports.

Quest and lore based area's similar to world of warcraft that feature basic living situations for NPC's.

Texture Pack
The players on STORMHEART are strongly encouraged to use the Conquest texture pack, so we request that the build looks appealing in this texture pack, as well as in the default texture pack.
Payment
We are willing to negotiate payment for these builds depending on what the build is and consists of which we will discuss the goal of each build. All payments must be handled over PayPal. We generally prefer that payment be given upon completion of the build; however, we are willing to pay fully in advance, if and only if the builder or build team commissioned to build this hub have received multiple vouches from well known Spigot members, and are themselves members of the Spigot community.
Time Constraints
We would like this project to be completely done within a month of accepting the task. Depending on the project request more time will be allocated, these deadlines are not strict and will be adjusted as progress continues.
Dedicated Build Server
To prevent plagiarism, we wish for this hub to be built on a dedicated build server, which we will provide. The build server will come with WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, AsyncWorldEdit, and any other plugins which you request, within reason. I may occasionally log on to this server, to monitor your progress on the build.
