I've seen you apply for roughly 4-5 different servers in the past week, maybe you should actually dedicate yourself to a server and familiarize yourself with the server BEFORE you apply for staff.

I would also recommend going into detail with every aspect of your application, to be frank it looks like something my 9 year old cousin would write. :/
