As one of the main worldpainters on this site, I daresay I have the right to a vouch copy
Also, you may want to not enforce those requirements too hard, there are numerous people normally reputable that may not quite match those requirements, including a number of highly skilled fellow terraformers.

Before I saw your post I had change my mind to remove the requirements, don't know why I made them though. If you want a vouch copy, make sure to PM me so we can discuss about it!
