Streamers/youtubers to record on my server!!! [PAID]

Hello!

I'm the owner of the XPCraft network, a small minigame network devoted to custom games and unique twists on the classics. I've tried to hire Youtubers to record on my server in the past few weeks, but nearly everyone has opted out because we have NO playerbase. Our dev has a proven advertising method, but it's not ready to go public yet and I'm frankly sick of waiting.

With that in mind, I'd like to get Youtubers/streamers to all record on our server at the same time. This ensures we have enough players to actually play our games. Each Youtuber will be given 200,000 Network XP to purchase whatever kits/upgrades they so desire to use in-game (NOTE: This is not a substitute for actual payment. You will be paid as well!)

The server admins and I usually meet on Tuesdays at 8PM EST, so we'd like to try for around the time or a bit earlier to ensure staff will be online. The 1st game will (hopefully) start at around 8:10 PM!!!!

The XP is so they can show off our custom kits. That's just a bonus on top of actual payment. I edited the thread though to avoid that discrepancy.

To be honest though you don't really get enough views/vid for me to offer that much payment. We can still discuss in PM/Skype if you'd like though.

Dude no one is going to advertise on your server for "kits" There doing hard work for nothing!

It says in BOLD..."PM me to discuss payment". After listing kits and XP, why would I put that there unless I meant actual money lol.
