Why does management take a fee?
You may be asking, as I know many people do, “Why does management take a fee if the freelancer is doing all the work?”.
Firstly the freelancer chooses to work for us, they are completely aware of the fees that will be taken. Management takes fees so we can keep the service team updated and maintained. We pay for bot hosting to make getting commissions easier, and we pay for and take care of advertising our freelancer’s services. Essentially we are aiming to give a lot of orders to our freelancers, in return we ask for a small fee for helping them make everything easier and efficient.
What makes us different?
We are a different service team due to many reasons, firstly, we aren’t just 10 year olds that were bored and decided to make a service team, we are dedicating a lot of time and money into this project to make it work. We have spent time planning how the new Strive will work and how we can be different.
Secondly, we understand how many service teams work, we also understand the “service team industry” is quite saturated right now. I(the owner of strive) have worked with multiple service teams, I understand what goes wrong and what goes right. The goal of strive is to greatly improve the service team “industry” and give freelancers a good name for working in one.
Lastly, we don’t go around spamming our service team advertisement everywhere. We don’t use sales rep, we prefer to bring in orders ourselves. You wont see spam from us!
