Strive Services is a very new different and unique service team. We are currently hiring freelancers and certain management positions.

Work when you want, we will dm you when there is an order.

We need:
Sales reps
Graphic designers/illustrators
Setup specialists
Web devs(frontend and backend)
Discord bot devs
Animators
Minecraft builders

What makes us different?
We offer everything businesses and companies need, instead of other service teams who add 20 random services and anything else they can think of. This allows us to focus more on what we are offering.
We wanted to also remove the stress of being removed if not active on the discord, this is why we will personally message you if theres an order in your field of expertise and we don't expect you to check in every day. We want to give our workers freedom and not give them a bad name because they are working in a service team, we want to make our workers proud of working for us.

Payout rates:
Freelancer: 90%
Management: 10%
Sales Rep(if any) 8%

Paying for marketing/advertising, paying for logos and artwork, managing payments and as you said hiring freelancers and sales reps as-well as moderating.
And on your point- "you sit down and do nothing while the freelancers that you got from spamming forums do all the work and you take a slice of their commision..." our freelancers obviously choose to work in our service team, if they dont want 10% taken away they wont join us lol.

Why are you running a service team if you don't already have logos/artwork made? And hiring is literally just pressing 'up thread'
