Stuck Pickaxe Plugin

I am looking to have a plugin made within 8 hours.

This plugin would have to be similar to AkumaMC where you would spawn with a Pickaxe in slot 1 and you are not able to move it. The pickaxe would name named *Player's* Pickaxe and items can not be dropped.

DM me if you can do this.
