● Introduction: Firstly, I’d like to thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this resume of mine, and I hope that after you’ve finished reading my resume, you will be able to have a full understanding of what I do and who I am.
● A little bit about myself: - My name is Daniel, I live in Australia, and I am 14 years of age. I thoroughly enjoy management and administration and it’s always been a passion that I enjoy. I also really love YouTube as I currently have a YouTube channel that is quite small; however growing fast, with 180 subscribers. I enjoy video editing, film and tv, and much more. Kangaroo… don’t ask... It’s just another factor of me. As you can see my profile picture has a kangaroo in my arms.

● Experience: I've personally been a Staff Member on plenty of servers during my Staffing periods. I've never had a server seriously disappointed with my work. I personally believe, from a staffing perspective, that it's very interesting working for these servers and helping them grow into the server that the Founder has intended for them to be. I have been Staff on a variety of servers, including game modes such as:
● Factions
● Skyblock
● Minigames
● KitPvP
● These are game modes that I am very familiar with. I basically know the core of how players act in these game modes, what players tend to enjoy, & not enjoy. I have a very good knowledge of most commands that these game modes use; Now I'd like to share some of the servers that I have worked on.

● Management: - As I’ve stated, the point of this Resume is to obtain management positions to help servers. I have very strong qualities and key points in management and administration and I know that I’m capable of a lot. A weakness I have in management is development. I do not know and I never have learned how to code, and I’m not really interested in it either. This will however not affect a management position as I would not need to do any developing work except for configurations in game, which I am very capable of. If I was to be a manager or some form of administration on your Minecraft server I will be able to do basic manager work, while also managing staff applications, and the server community. I can create regular server events to keep the server in place. Events could include in game hosting, such as spleef, pvp events, parkour, etc. Or events such as a karaoke night in the discord, and more. I’m also very precise with how I type and explain circumstances. This means that if something such as an early map reset must happen because of an unfortunate circumstance, I could explain it in a way as I will make the users still feel valued, and overall making sure they know that it’s only beneficial to the users because they are the people who keep the server up and running. This could include something so simple as hosting a giveaway, or something that would just generally reward the community to make them feel valued and make sure that they can have their say. Sorry for going into too much detail there, however it was just the best way of getting my point across.

● Discord Management: - That’s right, I also do discord management and server setups. I do discord setups and management completely free too, however if you would like to know more details please private message me on discord. Things such as getting Custom Bots, advertisement, etc will cost mild amounts of money too as I cannot just pull it out of my own pocket because there’s nothing in it for me.

● Payment: - I do not expect payment unless the server is making a large amount of money, this will only be some sort of small commission that shows appreciation of my effort and work. Just as an example, if the server is earning $100.00 a month, I’d expect something like $10 - $15 just as simple courtesy. Honestly though, when it comes to payment I don’t expect much at all except a little commission here and there. If there are any issues as to why you cannot pay me anything at a particular time, please just talk to me and we can work something out.

● DrakunMC - Position: Founder
This was a Factions server that I tried to create about two years ago now. I was intending to make this server a popular factions server, however, of course, that didn't end up working due to the lack of experience I had. However, there was a good side to this. I learned many things the hard way, and a focused goal for me is to allow other users who create Minecraft servers to not fall for the things that I have fallen for in my past. For example, I learned that it's actually harmful to let users give you a plugin that they say will help you, and there could be easily many backdoors and the best way to achieve a successful server would be either make your own plugins, buy them, or receive them from a trustworthy friend, still while checking for backdoors no matter how good of a friend you think they are. This also relates to the fact that I used to log on to my server every morning, just to find that builds would be griefed. This was simply another crude mistake made by me, by trusting random players to do work that involves powerful permissions. Overall, DrakunMC taught me a lot about the management and administration side of things, and I’ve learned many valuable life lessons from this simple Minecraft server.

● SkyMetro - Position: Moderator
This is still an up & running Skyblock server that I am still a Moderator of, and have been since August 1st, 2017. Here, I was accepted as Helper a week after release, & within a month, was promoted to Moderator. SkyMetro used to receive large amounts of users online at once, around 800 - 1000 average, however since then, SkyMetro has lost a lot of reputation and players. I am still a Moderator of SkyMetro, as we have new management that are implementing many features and is currently hiring YouTubers to advertise. This wonderful Skyblock server that has taught me, and still is teaching me so much also has a huge impact on how I act today. This is only a small change in me, however since I've joined this server, I've casually stopped using the short phrases such as "u" instead of "you". However, it surprised me the impact it makes on how players look at you.
Youtubers known as BenMascott & Target3DGaming were the original Youtubers of this server and brought it to life. However due to the lack of videos they've been recording on the server, and the server not bringing too many updates, they were slowly dragged away from the server, and eventually, their YouTube ranks were removed. Therefore the server did end up going down in players and the lack of updates was increasing, however recently, SkyMetro has introduced Season 3 and is now averaging 50 - 150 players daily.
This server also taught me how to act professionally in front of an enormous amount of people watching your every move. I learned how punishment ladders should work, and how to create custom punishments quick & easy that may not be on the "rules" list. This was the server that really got me hooked to Staffing on servers, and has helped me be the professional user I am today. I do joke around, however, I know when it's time to be serious.

● No, these aren't the only servers I've been a part of the Staff Team on. These two servers are just significant servers that have taught me a lot about staffing, and how to handle situations appropriately, etc. I guess I'll leave it up to you guys as the judges on me being apart of your server!
