Kind of weird a bit. You say web development in your title but you're calling yourself a "designer" and talking about how you make the best "designs" in your the thread. A designer and developer aren't the same. You might wanna clear it up.

I don't know why you conclude Zion is the maker of my Website, Zion had no work in that but, since I must clarify.. The website currently shown on my page was not designed by me, There are parts on the site made by me. Which I show in the portfolio of mine. The site was one of the first things that made me excited about web development, so I thought it only right to host the creators work. It was purchased, and in the code somewhere you could find the Authors name. Zion is most likely the program they use for fast development. To all future clients, note that my portfolio isn't "foolery" as clearly stated on my page:
