Community Management
Hello all, before I continue this thread I would like to just clarify this service is FREE due to my lack of experience in this area of work.
Introduction
Hello, and welcome to my Community Mangement thread, my name is Stylinq also known as Johnny, you can call me whichever or whatever; I really do not mind. Over my past year on Mc-Market its been a hectic ride, meeting new friends, and new enemies. As my time went on here, I was simply just checking back every couple days or so just to see what was going on at the time to stay 'current' within the scene. After the first couple weeks or so passed I slowly realised I was in a huge community of people who all loved to do the same thing as myself, It didn't matter if that was drawing, setups, java development or even just talking in the shoutbox and getting yourself warned for posting inappropriate stuff, I was in the area where loads of people come together and create awesome things. As my time before Mc-Market, I was playing around with servers, creating them and of course like the normal person, posting their server on EVERY vote site they could find. From this, we came to around a 10 player base but I could never find out why. Over the years I spent playing Minecraft, I ran into more and more people but slowly as people moved on we stopped talking, and I had to find more friends and more friends. So one day I ran into one of my closest friends Arik. He showed me all around his hosting company's and a couple looks behind the scenes of the average Minecraft Server. We then went on about creating a server, we continued going on and we ended up creating Delta Factions (THIS IS NOT THE PS4 / XBOX SERVER) we ended up with 60 players on release within a $50 budget which was spent on a 40$ logo and 10$ banner. We then stayed at a 20 player base, and that's how I started my first somewhat decent server. I then realised people were making money from creating servers ('setups'), I decided to give it a go and have been doing it for around 3-4 years although only 1 within Mc-Market and now I'm working with #TeamZeiyon to provide quality setups for the people. As I progress through my life I've always wanted to do more and more, over the past couple months I've been learning Java Development and a tiny bit of Graphic Design here and there. Slowly, I'm getting better and better at each thing every day. As you can, I love writing (Well, typing at least) which is why I love the job of Community Management.

Monday -> Thursday - 3-6 Hours Daily
Friday - 1-3 Hours Daily
Saturday - 5-12 Hours Daily
Sunday - 5-9 Hours Daily
