Since many people posted in wrong sub-forum I think it would be really helpful if theres sub-forum moderator to watch each sub-forum they responsible for. This also will make the moderator job easier.

There are many sub-forums. While having that many staff would mean everything would probably be heavily moderated. And some sub-forums are busier than others. I just feel like to have that many staff members would be too much.

Not having that many staff, each sub forum mod will just responsible for their own subforum
also one person can be mod in couple sub forum.

Didn't know about that :p, also this just a suggestion
And what I posted is a response to a commonly suggested thing (by commonly, I mean the general modification of the staff team) - and is purely there for your information.

I think this would be a nice idea. However, it would probably mean it would need volunteers to do this

There have been a few suggestions with this general idea of splitting the moderator role up, but each time it is suggested I end up denying it because it's better to have generalist moderators who can handle everything than specialist moderators. 20 moderators who can do everything is better than 20 moderators who only handle their own section.

It's probably not a paid job, just volunteering.
To clarify, this is false. All staff members are paid based on their activity.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
