Subclaim plugin compatible with Drtshocks hcfactions.

I need a subclaim plugin for factions, where you can put a sign on a chest and name it
[Subclaim]
{Your Name}
and then, only that person who is named on the subclaim chest, or a leader, or officer can open the chest. I gave a vague outline because I'm hoping someone knows what this is.
