For me, that's amazing views and he's working on getting them up, MeeZoid in which people consider him to be the face of the PvP Community is getting the same or less views of SuchSpeed and MeeZoid charges the same.

He gets 10,000 views on his normal content, so an advertisement will probably get less. Out of the few thousand people who watch only a couple hundred will ever join the server, and only probably 10 at the most will actually be active all the time and buy ranks

Obviously he won't bring players to your little factions or skyblock servers, He's a pvp YouTuber.. In my opinion I can say that he's worth that, he get's good views, good likes / comments and is highly recognized in the community. He's been there for quite a while now, Y'all can't just go ahead and say he subbots or shit like, 150k subs and 10k views is actually fucking good for a pvp youtuber. Y'all can't be shit talking cause he didn't bring players to your skyblock server.. He's also an english youtuber which cost's more.. No point hiring him imo for a minigames / different language server as you're just not going to get anything. Get him for your UHC, Practice, PVP Gamemode server.. Just an opinion, no need to be rude and ruin a thread.

Ill throw my 2 cents into the conversation; I Have had 2 videos with a sponsored part in them from SuchSpeed, Both generated 0 orders (May be on our side or his side) and cost around $500, Really wasn't worth it for me.
