The title is a little bit long winded, and the button should be more succinct, but hear me out.
New users often fall into the trap of posting in the wrong forum type. It happens.
Old users get annoyed, and simply type "wrong forum", without always inputting a suggested forum destination.
Adding a button that allows users to recommend to the OP where this forum post actually belongs creates a frictionless movement of a thread to its correct home. It's not toxic, annoying, and doesn't get the moderation team involved (as long as this button isn't abused).
For the most part, everybody is a winner.
You could always make the argument that new users need to thoroughly explore the forum, understanding its in and outs before posting; but a general rule of UI/UX says that will never happen.
Not a big issue, just a simple suggestion to improve QOL.
