You should disable the creation of accounts on the same IP.
This is to
1) Prevent alternate accounts
2) Prevent impersonators/scammers who create another account.
In order to get a business account, you need to message Mick through PM requesting a business account.

Not a bad idea, though, some peoples brothers, sisters, family, etc have accounts to. So that may be a complication. Plus some people will just use a VPN

It should work fine and if need be brother/sister accounts can be auto accepted from a mod

We have this system already, if we find an alternative account, the user will be banned on the alternative account and temporary on the main.
