[Suggestion] Alerts on discord

Add a message description in the notification that is sent by the McM bot
I mean, if someone quotes your message in a thread, show the message at the bottom of the embed.
The same applies to private messages sent through the platform.

I have a feeling that this wouldn't be super easy to implement, but if it is implemented, there are definitely some other ways that the Discord alerts could be improved. Just a couple of other improvements that I can think of:

• Review content
• A new thread's content (maybe only the first 250 characters or whatever)
• Ticket reply content
• Content of the message that you were quoted in (for the Quoted Message alerts)

The same applies to private messages sent through the platform.

This is already implemented as far as I can tell.
