Alright so I'm pretty sure a few of you sellers have tried to look for what resources a single buyer has bought from you.

I currently use the PayPal's history feature to check all payments done to me, but it'd be more detailed if MCM had a feature that let us check what all resources of ours were bought by a single buyer (we should be able to search the buyer)

there could be a feature in author dashboard like

Search: ArrowTan
Resources bought:
-> skyblock setup 5th January 2021 (For 14.99)
-> practice setup 31st December 2021 (For 9.99)
-> survival setup 23rd March 2022 (For 4.99)

Why is this useful?
idk, maybe its useful for us to see the detailed list?

It's something I've been thinking about recently too. Right now staff can see all resources purchased by all users, is there a downside to allowing users to see which resources have been purchased by others too? I'm thinking that if we were willing to make this info public, we could allow for authors to require users to purchase other users' resources as a prerequisite before buying theirs. For example, you can only allow users to buy your 3D model if the user already has a license to Oraxen or something like that.

Something that requires more thought.

I don't think making purchase info public is a good idea and

requiring to have a license to resource A to purchase resource B is a good idea.

We can't really require a resource purchase after another unless we make purchase info public, unless you were referring to only allowing prerequisites that are your own products?

Oh I was actually referring to a single author's resources.

But if we were to add another author's resource as a requirement then wouldn't it be possible for the data to be private? I mean something like having the data private and system itself checks of the buyer has the required resource with the private data.

The information shouldn't be public in my opinion, it should only show resources they have a license to that you own

You totally could though. You would simply refer to other resources as dependencies, and the website could determine if those dependencies have been met. No need for any buying history to be public.

I see this from 2 sides.

As a user could abuse the Require A to purchase B, and just refer resources back to back making you spend more money on something you may not need,

But I see it from a sellers perspective too, Yeah if I had premium plugins in my setups it would make sense.

I dont know really, if i had all the items I have purchased public people might assume and or make judgments of users.
Thats just my view.

Maybe I'm confused but isn't this already a thing?

What’s the difference?
As mentioned the feature request is to see what resources were bought be a single buyer.

For example you.
The feature would let me search your name and look at what resources of mine were bought by you.

That page shows all your sales and you can filter by the buyer, basically, you see all their licenses of your resources. Isn't this the same thing?

Could you show me what exactly do you mean? I don't think I've visited that page yet.

Let's say I wanted to find all the resources "Destroyer01" has purchased from me.

I'd input his name on this filter section of the sales.

View attachment 513947

And the values given back would be the list of resources he has purchased which I have created.

This is exactly to the letter, the functionality described in this reply:
I'm surprised no one else decided to say this.
Thanks for showing me this.
I gotta check it out
