I made this website recently for a friend using HTML/CSS/JS. I am very much new to web development/design and would like some feedback on my work. I was messing around with transitions and gradients, so the footer and span under the header may look kinda weird 
Regardless, I am trying to improve my design. Here's some information that may help you in your judgement:
- The theme is retro/computer-ish. I used Courier New for the text.
- I don't really know where I'm going with the color scheme
- I would like to implement page transitions and animations, such as the JS particles effect (although that is a more modern type of product)
