Suggestions for Cannon.Jar

So I took a huge break from MC and I've heard now that I need something that's called a Cannon.Jar because MC's mechanics have changed to the point where we now need external code to help us use the basic mechanics of MC and Cannoning... I am looking to have my server full to about 20-25 players, I don't have any money so I'm here asking for suggestions on what might be the best FREE cannon.jar out right now. It can be 1.14 or 1.8, perferably 1.8 because that's what everyone plays on for anything PVP related.
