[Suggestions] "Free" custom coded plugins!

Intro
Heyo, I need some suggestions for plugins to develop.
I myself am not one of the most creative person on earth and therefor I need your guys' help. Do any of you guys have a good idea for a plugin? It can be as detailed as possible, extreme as possible or even very easy to create.

What am I going to do with this plugin?
I'll be selling your idea for a small sum of money, and ofcourse I'll be giving you a (vouch) copy in return, I'll try to make to plugin fully customizable and to fit your needs.

VoteRewards. Basically when people vote on specific sites that can be configured to give specific amount of points like on the 4 most common vote sites picked they give 8 points on the 4 less common sites used they get 4 points and on the least common points you get 2 points and then in-game you do /rewards and as the name of the GUI it says how many points you have and you can redeem them with configurable items by admins doing /voteReward settings then you have a GUI where you put items in then when you're out of the GUI you do /voterewards saves then in the config you choose how many points you need to redeem them.
Instead of a vouch I would like 30% of the money made and a free copy

The blocks dissapear after 7 seconds

This is my idea seems pretty simple but am not a developer so i cant really rate its difficulty but here it is ..

Ban GUI
What it does is when you /gban or /bang it will open a gui with all the players online with pages like a /ah plugin with those type of pages if the amount of players doesnt fit on the first page. When you click the player that you want on the gui it will have:

Ban
Temp Ban
Mute
Temp Mute
IP Ban

Upon clicking Temp Ban or Temp Mute you type the time you want the Mute/Ban to be in chat with the corresponding time frams like ( 5m = 5 minutes 5d = 5 days 1m = 1 month etc 1y = 1 year )

Upon Clicking Ban/Mute/IP Ban it does what it says so Ban/Mute etc

thats my idea of a cool custom plugin people would like

This Is my idea : Jackpot plugin

Description/How it works: This plugin would be a jackpot plugin where people deposit a amount of money into the pot and if you deposit more the chances will be more of you winning. If 2 players deposit 100 both players will have a 50% chance of winning 200 etc. There will be 6 slots(only 6 people will be able to participate in each pot) and each players that is in the pot will then have their name and how much they deposited on a sign, This means that there will be 6 signs on a wall and when 6 people have deposited their amount all these 6 signs will be filled. When 3 people have deposited into the jackpot the countdown will start, the countdown will be 180 seconds but if the pot is full of 6 people, the countdown should change to 15 seconds left and then there should be a winner, the winner gets all of the money in the pot.

Commands:
- /jp (amount of money to deposit)

Signs:
1 row: Empty
2 row: (name of player)
3 row: (amount of money)
4 row: Empty

I dont really know If this would be too hard or if you undestand my idea
