Flat awesome isn't a shitty theme, XenForo's theme is based off it.

..Because people like you are making him feel cornered, isolated, and lonely. When I look at his profile picture I see a guy who needs support and constructive criticism, not silencing and close-mindedness. </3 </3

In all seriousness, though, I like your website but would recommend you consider customizing the eggs/pebbles that animate into the navbar when you scroll down past the logo at the top. I'm not a fan of dark themes, but you did a nice job. One other thing I would change (for the sake of lightening it up) is the sign up button in your sidebar. When you hover over it, maybe try going lighter instead of darker (and don't forget that you can change the text color as well as the bg color). One final recommendation, remove rss from your website as it is now obsolete and doesn't work.
