[Ideas were formed due to my previous (bad) experiences with web hosts which caused me to suggest the following:]
I most recently started hosting software like direct admin which gives me the option to create web hosting plans through a billing panel (such as WHMCS or Clientexec).
I'm currently looking into which web hosting plans are ideal and am currently accepting both suggestions as constructive criticism on this topic (hence why this is placed in the 'feedback & assistance' category). So feel free to post your own ideas which could improve upon this idea. The eventual 'product' (if interest is there) is meant to improve the current situation in the (web) hosting market.

I'm currently seeing trends in the (web) hosting market were they are offering extremely high bandwidth paired with very low storage capacity/limit which seems to be the complete opposite of what you would want. I currently propose offering around (a minimum of) 1GB (1000MB) of bandwidth for every 5GB of diskspace per website on low tiers (with customization options) and an undecided (therefore open for suggestion) higher tier offer. I might be able to sell packages for around €1,- per 1GB though prices are, also, still undecided.
I'm also toying around with the idea of selling multiple websites under one plan with some sort of a discount since sometimes you just need more then one plan for another project which you rather don't do because of the relative high price (yes, I've been there).
If there is enough interest I will be hosting the plans on servers with an Intel® Xeon® E3-1270v6 @ 3.80Ghz, 64GB of DDR4 RAM, 1TB NVME SSD and 1Gbit uplink with DDOS protection, low ping and a 99.99% uptime which prevents long load times.
If there is a lot of interest in (something like) this let me know under this post (and if this doesn't inconvenience you) also through a private message so I can keep you up to date regarding the hosting service.
(To be clear, I do not expect any profit if this project goes through due to interest.)
