Thank you for the input, was just looking for a price, didn't think it was going for much

I'd suggest removing the arena, and replacing it with some kind of Japanese gazebo, along with some stairs from it and a deck to one point of the land.

This way, it won't be in the way of combat, it will look nicer, and it would be an actual usable object in the map (assuming it's not only sword PvP).

With that iron thing in the middle, maybe $5, with the gazebo, maybe $10.

Just a suggestion, after all.

Not worth much, the best thing about it is the tree IMO, you'd get about $1 for it.

Also change the thread title as its a bit deceptive seeing as though you're looking for a price and not looking to sell it- this should've been posted in the appraisals section.
