Just finished my first Spigot plugin ever, lmk what you all think

I would like to recommend some features what you offer is a plugin like advancedbans so you should make it better then there's by adding stuff like alt look ups and ban messages ect
Commands suggestions:
/lookup (lookup bans and kicks ect and shows the name for the punishment)
/alt (any account who joined under the same ip)
/ipcheck (same as /alt but does the ip)
/watch (adds someone to the watch list so if you think someone is hacking you add him/her to the watch list and other staff can see a message in chat and watch him aswell)
/watchlist (shows the watch list)
/watchremove (remove someone from the list)
/report (report someone)
/askstaff (like helpop from essentials)
/bump (punishment) (time)
/chatcooldown (seconds) (so players can only talk every amount of time)
/admin (gives off a GUI basicly a help menu for admins)
/mods (same as /admin)
/helpers (same as /admin)
/clearchat (clear chat)
All other commands like /ban ect
Features:
Setup templates and have a command setup to them so when you setup a template for a hacker and added a command for it so when you did /hacker (name) it would ban it forever and a reason and for other stuff aswell like spamming ect
Messages changing for ban messages
A way so when you e.g mute someone for spamming and was muted 10 hours ago it will show in chat and would say bump the time (/bump) only for a selected amount of time after a punish ment
Anti spam spot so if someone says the same message 2 times and try again it will say in chat (you can't say this for another 10 secs)
Anti spam so when you type e.g LLLLLLL it will shorten it down to 3 or 4
I see this plugin as being a staff essentials plugin so all in one plugin so staff chats to band to asking staff commands ect

Thanks man, the server was hosted on my localhost where i turned onlinemode to false, connected using a cracked client. Only account i own is Brightest currently
