Supply Drop Plugin w/Specific Requirements

Hi I'm needing a supply drop plugin I want something automated, I need to be able to give custom items mainly tokens etc, and eco cash. I need it only to run if x number of players are online. and I need to be able to schedule drops. I'd like it to delete drops if they aren't claimed in x seconds. I'm an adult and I'm willing to pay for this plugin! Skype brokenmash let me know if you can help me I'd like this plugin to be an exclusive sale as well.

Yeah took a look at that plugin however if you have a custom item like a vote key or token is a no go! and I don't want plugin to drop inlesss 3 ore more players online! I appreciate you looking though!

Just to confirm: You want the plugin that DaFriendlySentry suggested but you want the drop to happen when there are only x or more amount of players online?

I spoke with a developer last nite and he assured me that envoy premium will work I made purchase this morning and it does indeed work for my application.
