Supply Drop plugin

I need a plugin where every 30 minutes a "crate" or supply drop falls from the sky (doesn't actually need to fall) but you know like appear some where and then announce in chat with the cords
I need the items in the crate drop to be configurable by inventory meaning what's ever in your inventory will be set to that and i need all the messages configurable and then when someone opens the supply drop i need it to be announced in chat. Also the minutes needs to be configurable so it can be changed to like 10 minutes 60 minutes etc.
It needs to have world guard and faction support.

you had to place the craates i need it to be random also i need it to be at random times also need it inventory configurable.
