Customer Support

- Buycraft's shop system
- Enjin's Shop and Support ticket system
- Analyzing the shops revenue for that month and reporting it to leadership
- Creating a set schedule for myself or my team to be able to work fluently
- Creating any type of onboards, guidelines, or procedures for certain type of support issues
- Create a customer service feedback form and talk with my team on ways we can improve based on the results of the form

- Construct a organized way of dealing with certain billing related request
- Handle cases, disputes and claims (chargebacks) in a professional manner and enforce our ToS.
- Analyzing the shops revenue for that month and reporting it to leadership
- Reviewing every payment that has gone through and doing a background check for fraud
- contacting local authorities for fraudulent transactions, having the minecraft account closed and opening a case to have the payments be paid
- Handling double-charged payments (payee was charged twice for one item)
This is another field in which I expertise in. - Create report forms to send to HR if they're having issues with another staff member
- Create onboards, guidelines, policies and a visual chart of rules for staff to better moderate the network
- Work with the most qualified moderators in that network in assisting me hire new staff, deal with issues, do interviews and making sure that all current staff are doing their role.
- Having meetings with my team and keeping them updated
- Creating programs for the staff to be involved more with the community
Community Management
