support all emojis

I want this emoji (https://emojipedia.org/electric-plug/) in my thread(s) and many more emojis, but they are not working for some weird reason; only certain ones work. Please let us use all emojis.

XF 1.x doesn't support Unicode properly, at least here.

Not something they can do until at least the upgrade to XF 2.x.
