Hello..
It has probably already been made before, but THE STAFF NEED TO HEAR AND SEE THIS!!
A lot of staff are on the chat a lot, NOT THE CHAT MODS, BUT STAFF .
I do not know if they can, but someone READ OVER support requests.
I have waited 1 full week for a small tiny issue, that can be fixed for myself, in minutes..
This needs to change, or MC-Market will lose a HUGE amount of members.

GET a help support staff.

Yeah, and look at where that staff got us.
the owner shouldnt be doing it.
And there are some requests that only the owner can solve.

"Getting staff" isn't as simple as just those two words; especially in this community, where finding matured, professional, reliable, cooperative and trustworthy candidates with the time and interest to spare is so difficult.
Everyone is happy to call out individual staff members within our current team and even demand demotion, however, promoting members who don't even meet the standards of our current team will result in even more of the same, even more often.

Simply put: We struggle intensely to find anyone who measures up.

I agree with you 100% right there what you are saying.
We can all say "WE WANT BETTER STAFF" "WE WANT TO DEMOTE THESE PEOPLE"
But it is harder behind the scenes.
I completely agree, but with a community like this in sorts of thousands upon thousands.
I can spot a few that are well made for a job in the staff team, but yes, I easily agree with what you have to say there.
It is one thing to just nag about something, a completely different thing to actually capitalize and do what is right.

I haven't really been concerned with this subject until I opened a support request... over a month ago... for a refund on a failed advertisement. Especially in this instance, Mick and the other staff should have prioritized a concern over an actual transaction, then per se, talking in chat for long periods of time.
The support request was started on February 11th, it is now March 17th.

it took almost 1/2 a year to get a reply to my support req. it was assigned to mick for all that time b4 justis decided to take it over xdddd
