This thread isn't being trashed. Instead the users are making a valid point in stating that the Build Team has failed to meet basic Business Standards, and we are stating that the rules haven't been broken. A trashed thread is, for example calling the "business" a pile of shit, harassing the team, etc etc.

There is no need to report this reputation.

When a user has a bad experience with us they can leave that down.

We learnt from this and we accept the reputation and this will not happen again.
Please stop going on over this,it is totally unnecessary.

This is a violation of MCM rules. A Negative reputation cannot be given in this instance. You have 24 hours for it to be removed or I'll have to report this for abuse. You cannot rep someone for not dealing with you.

I didn't negative rep him for not dealing with me? I negative repped him for following poor business practices. Honestly it sounds like you are just a member of their team who is unaware of mcm rules on reputation.
