Support Tickets only see-able for non-logged-in users

Hello MCM!

Just a suggestion that can be implemented in MCM. Let me guys know what you think.

I think only Support Tickets is open and see-able for non-logged-in users, since they don't have an account, and if they can browse MCM and buy stuff without having their own account and scams, Scam Reports is not possible.

I have encountered 1 person (not gonna say names, but got banned on several service group discord because of work stealing/fraud actions), and he did say that he doesn't have MCM, but he knew and entered service group discords that the links were only in MCM.

This goes same with Deactivated and Suspended/Banned members, but the exception with these three is Scam Reports is also present and accessible.

For the readers, it is suggested that you both confirm each other's MCM account. Since pinning a message is still delatable on discord, you need to either have a screenshot of it, or you can resend it on the message history and pin it.

Suggestions (and possibly mild trashing) is allowed (kinda?)

You might as well open up Support Requests to everyone then, that would be a massive security issue if someone has personal details in a thread.

Since it was for non-logged-in users, it was generally for everyone XD

But the other categories can't be seen if you don't have your own account, since they can pick your service (if your discord tag is included in it). The purpose of this suggestion is that those who don't have an account can't attempt to have a transaction and to remove the possibility of no scam reports get submitted because they don't have an account here

I'm trying to see any benefit to this and I fail to see any. This probably sounded good in your head, but in practice, it's a really bad idea for reasons Ally stated.

I think the point has been missed

I mean, Support Tickets are open to everybody, but you cannot see threads in other categories, because there was some users that used to buy stuff without an account here, and tend to exit scam or any scam type.

Mc-market puts an Ip ban on a person, they can't come back to scam.

But it can't be the case of people that don't have an account here before

Whether someone has an account or not, they could scam and keep their identity anonymous. You should always confirm who you're dealing with has an account and is reputable if you're going first and not using a middleman.
